Small Group Training program includes specialty training, monitored assessments and tracking of weight/resistance and conditioning performance progress.
The Specifics
This program is for those athletes who desire specialty training. It is for the athlete who has a specific goal to attain and wants to focus on improving specific technique to reach that goal. In specialty training, our coaches are able to focus on any or all areas related to coordination, flexibility, injury prevention, recovery, speed, strength and power. However, different from the team training, these athletes will have tracked assessments for progress associated with their specific sport and position, allowing for more specific training adjustments for peak performance. These athletes will be closely monitored correcting mechanics which will lead to improved performance. The small group training allows the Atlas coaches to connect those athletes with similar goals, higher focus and more personalized attention while still keeping prices affordable.
- Timed Sessions
60-75 minute sessions to be determined by strength coach and depending on the specific training modules for that session.

This program is designed to closely monitor athletes, correct mechanics and improve performance via speed, strength and power.
- Meets 2x Per Week
All programs are scheduled for twice a week to allow for rest and recovery of the team or athlete.
- Each athlete will be assessed at the beginning of the program and will be closely monitored through out the program for tracked & documented improved performance.
